Music + Festival 2019 – Concert IV: Music of Kernis and Varèse

October 12-13, Saturday-Sunday

The 12th annual Music + Festival will present the music of Edgar Varèse, Aaron Jay Kernis and Charles Mingus. The festival will include a symposium and four concerts, featuring a guest composer, guest speakers as well as distinguished UA faculty, students and ensembles.

So many of our students are learning how to juggle being a musician in the professional world while also being a student!!

One of our media team members, Caitlynn, is juggling a few outside things this week: Dvorak 9 with the Sierra Vista Symphony and Mahler 2 with the Tucson Symphony.
