Studios

One of the most important elements in any School of Music is the applied faculty and the interaction students have with these artists. The UA Fred Fox School of Music is proud of its tradition of having a close working relationship with all music majors throughout their studies on campus. Unlike many similarly sized schools, almost all of our undergraduate music majors study with a major professor. Each artist/teacher provides a weekly master class, enabling those in each studio to collaborate, perform, and learn together. Our artist/faculty have enjoyed performing in the world’s greatest concert halls, recorded with some of the greatest performers, and received international accolade as musicians. Fred Fox School of Music artist/teachers mentor and artistically guide each student while creating lifelong friendships.
