Welcome Message
We’re thrilled to have you with us as we celebrate and support 42 of the finest high school marching bands from across the state. Whether you’re a participant, parent, friend, family member, or a dedicated fan of the marching arts, thank you for joining us at Arizona Stadium for this special day of music, visual, and performance excellence.
Each student performer you see today has dedicated countless hours in preparation for this event. Their passion, talent, and hard work reflect not only their commitment, but also the support of their directors, staff, families, and friends who make this experience possible. Together, they embody the spirit of what we all know and love—BAND!
The Sudler Trophy-winning Pride of Arizona is especially proud to perform for you today and share in this celebration of the marching arts. With more than 250 student-members drawing from every corner of campus, the band thrives on the energy of events like this and the opportunity to engage directly with the high school bands who are the future of the activity. Whether we’re stepping onto the field or simply applauding your performances, we are honored to stand with you in support of the next generation of musicians and marchers.
Most members of the Pride are non-music majors, which is a reminder that—no matter what path you choose after high school—there is always a way to keep music in your life.
Enjoy today’s performances, cheer for every band, and always remember to…
Bear Down!
