The Fred Fox School of Music welcomes Dr. Matthew Williams to the faculty. In addition to teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in music education, Dr. Williams will direct the UA Outreach
Honor Band, an ensemble open to advanced musicians in grades 6-9 from Southern Arizona music programs. Assisted by music education and music performance majors, repertoire is selected to challenge the members on several levels and features pieces by leading composers for wind ensembles and young bands.
