The UA Jazz Workshop Series is a four-day event where any student over 14 years of age is invited to participate and learn about jazz music. Classes in improvisation and theory, as well as instrument master classes, small group rehearsals and big band rehearsals will be offered by world class faculty (faculty last year were Dr. Angelo Versace, Brice Winston, Scott Black and Miranda Agnew). Classes will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day.
