Welcome to the “When Starts Shine” concert presented UA Purple Bamboo Ensemble!
The first half of the program will present Chinese poetry alongside traditional music. In the second half, the Purple Bamboo Ensemble will collaborate with Tucson Sino Choir, conducted by our UA alumna Dr. Mengda Jiang, to showcase the selection of Chinese instruments, festival music, and folk songs.
