The University of Arizona Fred Fox School of Music presents a master class with world-renown chamber musician and pedagogue Dr. Min-Jeong Koh, violin. The master class will take place on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. in Room 146.
As first violinist of the Cecilia String Quartet, Dr. Koh won first prize at the Banff International String Quartet Competition, 2nd Prize at the Osaka International Music Competition, and the Prix de la Sacem at the Bordeaux String Quartet Competition. Their latest recording was chosen as Gramophone Magazine’s “Editor’s Choice” and was nominated for a JUNO Award for Best Classical Album. Dr. Koh is an Associate Professor of Violin at the University of Oklahoma’s School of Music.
