Francesca Matacena born in Pesaro graduated in piano with full marks at the Conservatory of Music “G. Rossini” in Pesaro and Chamber Music at the Conservatory “B. Maderna “of Cesena. She attended piano and singing courses, with Giuseppe Di Chiara and Mario Melani, devoting mainly to the new methodologies for piano and voice teaching, receiving the Academic Diploma of Canto Lirico, a didactic branch. She has an intense concert activity with a wide solo repertoire, four hands, orchestras, polyphonic choirs and singers, and has participated in world music events from Europe to China, from Kazakhstan to Russia, to involving countries such as Argentina, the Caucasus and Malaysia.

She founded the CIMP “The Great As The World” for young musicians to be appreciated and known and played in the prize competition, and to win the prestigious Pesaro Prize and Rossini International Award. Over the years, many important international music companies have joined the CIMP and Francesca Matacena is today considered by many artistic partners as a true ambassador of music in the world. She is regularly invited to play musical selections to find young artists to be rewarded. She is a pianist practice teacher at the Rossini Pesaro Music Conservatory. She has recordings and radio and television recordings, titles and publications. Recently you received the “Galvanina Cuore” National Award for RossiniMania solidarity project where music is put to the service of those
who are in trouble.
