The University of Arizona Wind Symphony will present their spring feature concert on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. in Crowder Hall. The Wind Symphony is under the direction of Associate Director of Bands and Director of Athletic Bands, Chad Shoopman. Evan Gibson, graduate student in conducting, will be sharing the podium as well.

The UA Wind Symphony will be performing a cornucopia of musical offerings spanning an array of styles. The program will include: “Gandalf” by Johan de Meij, “Dusk” by Steven Bryant, “Night on Fire,” by John Mackey, “West Side Story Selections” by Leonard Bernstein, “Scenes from the Louvre” by Norman dello Joio, and “Liturgical Dances” by David Holsinger.
